It should operate in accordance with law, stick to serving “Three Agricultures”, and maintain Golden Cereal’s image; otherwise, it should shoulder all the responsibilities and the headquarters of Golden Cereal reserves all the rights of maintaining its brand value.

It should have good credit, without loss or bad assets; a certain economic strength is needed, such as a certain operation location with a storage area of more than 1000 square meters and other facilities.

It should know well the operation of agricultural materials with more than three years’ experience and have the ability of web selling and commodity organization, meanwhile holding considerable local markets.

It should have a certain amount of technical personnel, with the ability to promote new technique and products and the ability of science and technique service.

It should have a preponderant geographic location, with convenience transportation and vast space.

It should execute the uniformed provisions and requirements of franchising, including the construction of both hardware and software, obeying the unified management of the headquarters and accepting its daily direction and supervision.

It should also have a certain amount of management capital—more than 2000 thousand Yuan for county-grade supermarkets and more than 6000 Yuan thousand for municipal-grade ones.

The distance between the two cities should be no less than 50 kilometers.
